Chemthane 6020   Chemthane 6200    Epo-Line 164 Chemthane 6020 CHEMTHANE 6020 is a solvent free, two-component polyurethane elastomeric coating. This durable product cures to form a flexible, seamless membrane with exceptional resistance to the effects of water and chemicals. It is ideal for helping to contain leaks and spills of wastewater, fuels and other chemicals in primary and secondary containment areas. CHEMTHANE 6020 can be used with concrete, steel or geotextile. The product is spray applied using plural component spray equipment. Request Samples & Literature Geotextile Coated with 6020 Epo-Line 164 EPO-LINE 164 is formulated to provide chemical resistance to a wide range of acids, alkalis, solvents and various solutions. It is well suited for food product storage as it is virtually odorless and does not affect any potable liquids it is designed to contain. EPO-LINE 164 air-dries to a hard dense, high gloss finish that has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance, even at elevated temperature. EPO-LINE 164 is recommended for use as a heavy duty tank lining material, as a chemical & abrasion resistant coating for the protection of steel and concrete, on or in tanks, primary or secondary containment, cooling towers, plating facilities, food processing plants, breweries, pulp & paper mills, sewage treatment plants, etc. Request Samples & Literature Chemthane 6200 CHEMTHANE 6200 is a solvent free, two-component polyurethane (Polyurea version is Chemthane 6050) protective membrane that cures to form a hard, tough polymer. This product has a very short reaction time and is therefore spray applied using plural component spray equipment. Unlimited film builds may be achieved in a single coat multi-pass application. This product cures to touch in less than 20 seconds. This product can be used to create a monolithic, seamless membrane directly attached to various substrates (concrete and steel) with or without a primer depending on substrate and intended service conditions. Please consult a Chemline representative prior to any application. Typical film build can range from 10 mils to over 120 mils depending on environment and chemical exposure.
