Our product lines consist of USDA accepted coatings and FDA Title 21 compliant coatings which are specially designed with water epoxy resins for low application odors. Epo-Mastic DTO    Monomid Hi-Build   MCU 2100 Type VIII   Epo-Mastic DTO (Direct-To-Oil) Epo-Mastic DTO is a specially formulated surface tolerant epoxy mastic coating designed for applications to substrates that have been contaminated with vegetable or motor oil, grease or tar. Its anti-corrosive formulation is excellent on new concrete, mansonry and steel surfaces or marginally prepared rusted surfaces and old existing coatings. Epo-Mastic DTO can be used as a self-priming finish on steel or can be topcoated. The high build formula allows the coating to form a thick barrier that blocks "stain through" of oil, tar or asphalt. It meets all VOC regulations. Request Samples & Literature Product In-use Enlarge Photo Monomid Hi-Build Monomid is a tough, durable, water reducible epoxy coating designed for use in areas where an attractive, easily cleanable, semi-gloss finish is desired. Formulated with a water reducible epoxy resin, Monomid complies with the FDA Title 21 for use in food processing and packaging facilities. Monomid has very low odor, custom color availability, and is formulated for spray, brush or roll application that dries on to a water resistant, sanded finish. Monomid can be use on concrete, concrete block, drywall, walls, ceilings, concrete floors, equipment and structural steel. Request Samples & Literature MCU 2100 Type VIII MCU 2100 Type VIII is a primer for the protection of steel and galvanized metals in highly abrasive environments. Made using only natural micaceous iron oxided, it has excellent adhesion to power tool cleaned surfaces or when abrasive blasting is not possible. MCU 2100 is quick drying, easy to apply and shows good to excellent chemical resistance. Use on structural steel, machinery, tank exteriors, weathered or galvanized and wire-brushed rusted surfaces.
