Chemthane 1800     Wall-Nu Trowelable    Wall-Nu Brushable   Floor-Nu Gel Wall-Nu Trowelable Wall-Nu Trowelable is a 100% solids trowelable mastic material suited for patching, coving, lining, adhesive bonding and underlayment for construction, maintenance, and marine use. Once cured, it creates a strong bond to a wide variety of substrates including wood, concrete, masonry, metal, fiberglass and glass. It is non-shrinking, non-brittle and has an expansion coefficient similar to concrete. Wall-Nu Trowelable dries hard and creates a watertight barrier that can be cosmetically wet sanded, drilled or filed. It's formulated to perform in corrosive and elevated temperature exposures and is USDA acceptable for incidental food contact. Request Samples & Literature Enlarge Photo Wall-Nu Brushable Wall-Nu Brushable is a 100% solids material designed for patching, sealing, lining, filling and adhesive bonding for maintenance and construction repairs, marine and industrial use and tank repairs. Similar to Wall-Nu Trowelable, Wall-Nu Brushable is different in that it is formulated to a low viscosity brush grade. It has tremendous adhesive properties forming a strong, tight bond that cures to a watertight barrier which exhibits very good chemical resistance. It is non-conductive, has no odor, meets all clean air requirements and is USDA acceptable for incidental food contact. Request Samples & Literature Floor Nu Gel This is a 100% solids, zero VOC epoxy for filling, repairing and sealing porous, cracked or damaged concrete, masonry and stone surfaces. This product provides a chemical resistant surface for polyurethane and epoxy lining and coating systems. Floor-Nu Gel provides a smooth, uniform surface to the substrate. Vertical applications can only go up to 1/2” (1.25cm) deep. Deeper repairs require multiple applications. RECOMMENDED FOR: Concrete walls, concrete block, masonry and tile substrates. Chemthane 1800 This is a fast-cure, high-penetration two-part hybrid polyurethane which is combined with sand to form a polymer concrete that absorbs the shock of heavy traffic without cracking or disbonding. CHEMTHANE 1800 penetrates and bonds deeply into concrete creating extremely high bond strengths and permanent repairs. CHEMTHANE 1800 is chemical resistant and it can be applied in a wide range of temperatures. It is designed for industrial, high traffic floor repairs subject to harsh conditions and constant use. USES: CHEMTHANE 1800 is ideal for repairing hairline or larger cracks in concrete where future movement is not anticipated.
