Epo-Lux 221 SP
is an epoxy
coating system
formulated for
an easy 1:1
mixing ratio
using high
performance
resins and
curing agents.
This product
exhibits better
chemical
resistance
particularly to
solvents and
oils when
compared to
conventional two
component
epoxies.
Epo-Lux
221 is designed
mainly for
swimming pools
and fountain
applications
affording good
chemical and
abrasion
resistance.
Applied
by brush, roll
or spray
techniques, the
cured film
provides a
tough, yet very
flexible barrier
that exhibits a
high gloss
finish. Epo-Lux
221 SP is in
compliance with
requirements of
the U.S. Food
and Drug
Administration
for use in food
packaging and
processing
operations as
specified in the
Code of Federal
Regulations,
Title 21,
Section 175.300.

Monomid Epoxy System
|
The first application with the Monomid Epoxy System is Monomid Clear Sealer, a two-component, water borne epoxy sealer, that penetrates up to ¼"
(6.0mm). Monomid Clear Sealer can be applied to damp surfaces, helping to reduce downtime.
The second application consists of Monomid Hi-Build, a tough, durable, water reducible epoxy coating designed to help achieve a smooth surface and high gloss finish by filling the profile that is left after etching or blasting.
The final application is Monomid Gloss Finish is a durable water reducible epoxy that has excellent flow and leveling abilities and dries to an abrasion resistant, tile-like high gloss finish. Monomid Gloss Finish is available in a variety of colors and has a low application odor.

Floor-Nu System
|
Floor-Nu is a unique coating system designed for easy application to limited preparation floors. Floor-Nu Penetrating Sealer is a two-component epoxy sealer designed to seal and deeply penetrate concrete or masonry, locking in loose aggregate on top and forming a hard, impenetrable sub-surface.
Floor-Nu Finish, a high solids and self-leveling coating, is formulated to yield a tough, abrasion resistant, industrial floor surface. Floor-Nu Finish is able to tolerate high volume traffic, fork lifts, chemicals and water; and can be applied to previously painted or sealed surfaces. Floor-Nu Finish can resist staining by many chemicals and can be returned to service in 12-24 hours.

Floor-Nu Profile Surfacer
|
Floor-Nu Profile Surfacer is a 100% solids epoxy formulated in a two-part, one-to-one, easy-to-mix unit. Floor-Nu Profile Surfacer is particularly formulated for the resurfacing of sandblasted or shotblasted concrete to smooth the profile of the concrete making it suitable for a recommended finish coat. The ideal temperature for application of Floor-Nu Profile Surfacer
is between 65°-
85°F (18° -
30°C)
