Quick-X    Speedepoxy    Epo-Lux 520    Chemthane 1800      Thiocaulk PE-50    Water-Out    Clean & Etch Chemthane This is a fast-cure, high-penetration two-part hybrid polyurethane which is combined with sand to form a polymer concrete that absorbs the shock of heavy traffic without cracking or disbonding. CHEMTHANE 1800TM penetrates and bonds deeply into concrete creating extremely high bond strengths and permanent repairs. CHEMTHANE 1800 is chemical resistant and it can be applied in a wide range of temperatures. It is designed for industrial, high traffic floor repairs subject to harsh conditions and constant use. USES: CHEMTHANE 1800 is ideal for repairing hairline or larger cracks in concrete where future movement is not anticipated. It is also used for repairing damaged control joints, connecting broken slabs, securing bolts, equipment and railings. Quick-X Quick-X is a fast-drying floor coating that can be used for interior or exterior exposures. It is specially formulated for fast drying and is traffic ready in one hour, which eliminates costly space tie-ups. Easy to maintain, Quick-X will not scuff under heavy wheel and foot traffic. It can be repeatedly washed and resists acids, oils, grease and alkali. Quick-X can be used on concrete and wood surfaces, such as locker rooms, patios, driveways, garages and curbings, to name a few. Request Samples & Literature University Stadium Find Out More Speedepoxy Speedepoxy is a vinyl modified, polyamide-cured epoxy used for quick dry properties that allow for a tightly adhering tie-coat over most thermo-plastic or thermo-setting coatings. It is designed not to lift old coatings and can be used a "dry fog" coating that dries in 30 minutes to a low sheen. It exhibits seven times the abrasion resistance of synthetic rubber coatings and has good overall acid resistance. Speedepoxy can be used over concrete, fiberglass, galvanized steel, wood and ferrous metals and is excellent as a striping material. Epo-Lux 520 is a dense, tight urethane that is particularly resistant to staining by inks, sulfur containing tires and heavy wheel traffic. Epol-Lux 520 has a state of the art gloss and color retention. This particular formula offers a superior resistance to a wide variety of chemicals. Epo-Lux 520 is recommended for either interior or exterior surfaces, previously coated or bare, new or old. It can be applied to metal, concrete, masonry surfaces, floors, walls, ceilings, tanks and equipment. Epo-Lux 520 is specifically recommended for hangar floors, laboratories, printing plants and many other areas difficult to clean. Request Samples & Literature Thiocaulk Thiocaulk is a unique Steelcote polysulfide joint sealant designed for both horizontal and vertical expansion joints. Thiocaulk is one of the most weather-resistant expansion joint compounds available in the market today. It is a two component, catalyzed, non-shrinking, non-cracking material expanding and contracting up to 250%. Thiocaulk is recommended for expansion joints on concrete, metal, curtain walls, porcelain panels, teak decks, swimming pools, and certain containment areas. It reacts to moisture in the air and on the surface that catalyzes to form tough ultraviolet resistant crystals that are extremely durable. It is tack-free and dries colorless on most surfaces. It protects concrete surfaces from moisture penetration, carbon crusting and deterioration. Water-Out can be used on concrete, masonry and porous natural stone surfaces. It removes laitance and neutralized alkali in new or "green" concrete that has never been coated. The detergent holds contaminants in the foam so they can be easily rinsed away. Clean & Etch is designed to prepare concrete floors and walls to receive coating. Can be used for old or new concrete, swimming pools, concrete secondary containment areas and warehouse floors to name a few.
